A Laceby Manor Wedding
Claire and Stef got married way back in September 2016 at Laceby Manor Golf Club and wedding venue. I have been a wedding photographer at Laceby Manor many times and it is always a pleasure to work there. They have a beautifully set out separate ceremony room, leaving the reception room for eating and partying! With their recently built luxury lodges, it had made the weddings more of an inclusive day.
The day started with bridal preparations in one of the new lodges and they are perfect for this sort of photography. Once ready, the bridal party get a fun little ride in a golf buggy up to the main venue and are then escorted up to the ceremony room.
There were quite a few tears from Claire and her dad, which, as for me, looking for natural wedding photography, is always a bonus. The more emotions the better!
It was the attention to detail that I loved about this wedding, from the flowers, to the favours and the tables settings – it had a rustic feel.
The speeches were great – it was obvious that Stef loves Claire from what he said about her and there were plenty of laughs along the way.
I had the chance to walk Claire and Stef around the grounds of the golf club, for my bride and groom wedding portraits – a service I offer inclusive with every wedding I shoot!
People partied hard into the night but unfortunately I had to go home!
here are some highlights from my time as Claire and Stef’s wedding photographer at Laceby Manor.
