As a Louth wedding photographer, I have had the pleasure of attending many Kenwick Park Weddings and, as my local haunt, I know this Louth wedding venue very well.
Kenwick Park Hotel is a wonderful wedding venue on the outskirts of Louth, in the wolds of Lincolnshire, boasting a world class golf course, a hotel, restaurant and beautiful surroundings: Kenwick Park Hotel is situated in 320 acres of parkland, which includes a lake, woodland, and manicured gardens. This provides a beautiful and varied backdrop for wedding photography, with plenty of opportunities to capture stunning outdoor shots.
Bridal Preparations at Kenwick Park Hotel
Bridal prep photography at Kenwick Park Weddings provides an opportunity to capture all the details of the bride’s preparations. This includes shots of the dress, shoes, jewelry, makeup, and hair, which are all important parts of the bride’s look for the day. That being said, I arrived to find a nice calm bride to be having her hair done and her very excited daughter constantly interrupting her!
Outdoor wedding ceremonies at Kenwick Park Hotel
When (if?) the weather is nice and dry, Kenwick Park offers outdoor wedding ceremonies, and this was one of those perfect days! The sun was shining but it wasn’t too hot, like goldilocks said – “Just right”. Rick the groom was waiting patiently under the gazebo for the wedding to begin, he even shed a tear when he saw his daughter and his wife to be walking down the aisle.

After the official part of the day was complete, and t he bride and groom did all their meet and greets, I spent some time photographing the guests and the bride and groom. There is so much space and scope here to get decent wedding couple portraits.

Kenwick Park has a great advantage of having it’s own dedicated dance floor – therefore the tables don’t need to be arranged! Every one had a great time partying the night away!
