Emma and Paul got married at the magnificent Healing Manor Hotel – one of THE best wedding venues in the county. I love photographing weddings at Healing Manor because the staff are all so friendly and attentive – I’ve done quite a few weddings there now this year and became friends with some of the staff members, the food is delicious, the ceremony room is perfect and the grounds… Well… The grounds are stunning and for wedding venue like this, it fits a lot in, a balcony, a terrace, a lake! I could go on, but I need to talk about Emma and Paul!
I first met Emma and Paul when they booked me last year as their Healing Manor wedding photographer and of course I jumped at the opportunity. Emma and Paul were such great couple to work with, SO chilled and laid back about the whole day.
The day started in the magnificent bridal suite of the hotel, with me capturing the bridal preparations. When I’d finished, it was time to catch up with Paul and his best man as they prepared themselves for the day ahead.
There were a few tears from Emma as she walked up the aisle as Paul waited for her, but that was it though! No more tears for the rest of the day, she got them out of her system and just smiled and laughed for the whole day.
The speeches were a first for me – the best man played a game of “Mr & Mrs” with the bride and groom and went down extremely well!
The sun shone, the laughter continued and the drinks flowed all day in what proved to be a wonderful day. Thank you for letting me be a part of it.
Congratulations Mr and Mrs Cole, I wish you all the best for your future together. As always, I would love to hear your thoughts, so please do leave a comment at the bottom.
