Abigail and Simon got married at the lovely Kenwick Park Hotel – one of the leading wedding venues in Louth.
As a Louth wedding photographer, I regularly get to visit Kenwick Park hotel and I again had the pleasure for Abigail and Simon’s wedding there back in October. I met up with Abigail and the girls in the bridal suite of the hotel for the preparations and they all seemed pretty relaxed about the day they had coming up.
Once Simon arrived, I captured a few quick photos of him and his best man who both looked amazingly smart, before it was time to get ready for the ceremony.
At Kenwick Park Hotel weddings, they very often, weather permitting, have the ceremony outside in the lovely gazebo that they have had especially made for that exact purpose. We were lucky weather wise considering it was in October!
Once the group shots were out of the way, I got the chance to grab a few intimate portraits of Abi and Simon together, away from all the hustle and bustle. I find this is a good to for the couple to reflect on the day so far and it is something I offer with all my Lincolnshire wedding photography coverage.
The speeches went well and the food was lovely – yes I got fed, so that makes me one happy photographer!
I stayed for quite a while after the first dance because all the guests were thoroughly enjoying themselves and I loved soaking up the happy atmosphere. A cracking day!
